Workforce Outcomes

Targets published before our first cohort — so results can be judged against them.

Gairm's mission is measurable. Every training cohort is tracked on five indicators, reported to the board quarterly and published here annually. We are publishing the targets now, before the first cohort enrolls, rather than choosing favorable numbers after the fact. When results exist, they appear beside these targets — including the years we miss.

Graduates leave with industry-recognized credentials — usable anywhere, not only at Gairm.

No results yet — Gairm is pre-operations. First cohort results will be published here in the first annual report.

Workforce composition

Alongside cohort outcomes, Gairm publishes an annual statement of workforce composition: the share of its workforce, at every level — agents, supervisors, analysts, engineers — drawn from the populations it serves. The composition floor is a standing, board-owned metric, and contracts that would force it below the floor are declined.

First composition statement follows the first operating year.

How this data is produced

The figures on this page are currently maintained by hand. Once operations begin, outcome data is generated by the same platform that runs Gairm's training and contact-center work, reviewed by the board quarterly, and published here annually — with methodology notes for every reported number.
